Shona Serpentine "Resting Woman" Sculpture
This lovely abstract sculpture is hand carved from a single piece of black serpentine stone by a master Shona artist.
The sculpture, entitled "Resting Woman" depicts a woman striking a demure pose with eyes downcast in a meditative state.
The highly polished black stone flecked with white contrasts well with the rough unpolished stone framing the woman. The finish is very sparkly.
The back of the sculpture has been left in its natural state.
