This unique sculpture is hand carved from a single piece of verdite by master Shona artist, Takedze Chipembere.

This unique one-of-a-kind abstract sculpture, entitled "Rasta Head" is sculpted in rare verdite (Africa's Green Gold).

This is a beautiful piece of verdite, vividly colored in shades of emerald green.

The dreadlocks have been created using the natural state of the stone and contrast well with the smooth stone of the face adding depth and texture.

The back of the sculpture has been left in its natural state.

This piece is from Zimbabwe and signed by the artist, Takedze Chipembere.
